Got a complaint? 😕 Don't worry, we’ve got your back! To file one, simply reach out to us via email at heli@intima.cloud 📧. We’ll review and resolve all complaints within 7 business days ⏳, and we’ll make sure to send you an email once it’s been sorted out!

Once we’ve had a look, we’ll determine if the complaint is valid in line with our Terms and Conditions 📜. If you disagree with our decision, you’re welcome to file an appeal 🔄.
