1. Introduction 

Welcome to the Heli Kink Content Provider Agreement. This agreement outlines the guidelines and requirements for uploading, sharing, and managing content on our platform. By registering with and using Heli Kink, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use Heli Kink. 

2. Legal and Ethical Requirements 

All content uploaded to Heli Kink must comply with the following legal and ethical standards:  

  • Original Content: Content providers must only upload content that they own or have explicit permission to use. Using someone else’s content without permission is strictly prohibited. 
  • Legal Content: All content must comply with local, national, and international laws. Content involving minors, illegal drugs, or other illegal activities is strictly forbidden. 
  • No Minors: Content featuring individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Content providers must verify the age of all individuals featured in their content. 
  • Consent: If you include other individuals in your content, that person must provide explicit consent to appear and agree to our consent terms, available at Consent Terms. 

3. Prohibited Content 

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Heli Kink:  

  • Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws, including content involving minors, illegal drugs, or prohibited activities. 
  • Abusive Content: Content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive. 
  • Violent Content: Content promoting violence, hate speech, or harm. 
  • Non-consensual Content: Content featuring individuals who have not provided explicit consent. 
  • Intellectual Property Violations: Content infringing on the intellectual property rights of others. 

4. Content Creation Guidelines 

Content providers must adhere to the following guidelines when creating and uploading content:  

  • Verification: Content providers must verify the identity and age of all individuals featured in their content. 
  • Consent Documentation: Obtain and retain documentation of consent from all individuals featured in your content. 
  • Quality Standards: Content should meet high-quality standards, including clear audio and video, appropriate lighting, and professional conduct. 

5. Content Management 

Content providers are responsible for managing their content on Heli Kink, which includes:  

  • Regular Updates: Keeping content up to date and removing outdated or irrelevant materials. 
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensuring ongoing compliance with these policies. 
  • Reporting Issues: Promptly reporting any issues, such as stolen content, to our support team at support@helikink.com. 

6. Content Usage and Restrictions 

Heli Kink enforces strict usage restrictions to protect the rights of content creators:  

  • No Downloading or Recording: Users are prohibited from downloading, recording, or saving any content they do not own. 
  • No Redistribution: Redistribution, re-selling, or using content for commercial purposes is not allowed without explicit permission from the content owner. 
  • Respecting Privacy: Users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other content creators. 

7. Reporting Content 

Heli Kink allows users to report content that violates our standards:  

  • Reporting Process: Content can be reported to support@helikink.com or via our content removal form at Submit a Request to Remove Stolen Content. 
  • Review Timeline: All complaints will be reviewed within seven business days. 
  • Appeals Process: Users can appeal decisions by contacting our support team. 

8. Content Removal and Appeal Process 

If you believe your content was uploaded without your consent, request removal through the Remove Content Form. 

If removal requests are denied, contact contentdisputes@helikink.com for disputes. 

9. Consequences of Violations 

Violations of this agreement may result in the following:  

  • Account Suspension or Termination: Immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account. 
  • Permanent Bans: Bans from all Heli Kink platforms. 
  • Legal Action: Legal action, including reporting to authorities. 

10. Reporting and Support 

If you encounter any violations, report it to support@helikink.com or use the content removal form at Submit a Request to Remove Stolen Content.

11. Acknowledgement and Signature 

By using the Heli Kink platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. Please indicate your acceptance by clicking the checkbox below:

If you do not agree, you must not access or use Heli Kink. 

12. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law 

Heli Kink operates under the laws of France, Israel, and the United States. All content uploaded and transactions carried out must comply with the legal frameworks and rules of these countries. We are committed to adhering to the respective rules and regulations, including data privacy laws, intellectual property rights, and other applicable international treaties. By using the platform, you agree to comply with the legal obligations set forth by these countries. 

13. Miscellaneous 

These Terms will govern all aspects of your use of Heli Kink and supersede any previous agreements between you and the platform. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in full effect. These Terms are subject to change at any time, and users will be notified accordingly.
