Content Moderation and Pre-Screening Policy

NOTE: All content is always pre-screened/reviewed before being published.

a. We are obligated to moderate or review any of your Content to verify compliance with the Terms of Service (including, in particular, our Acceptable Use Policy) and/or any applicable law.

b. It is our policy to suspend access to any Content you post on an Intima Model site which we become aware may not comply with the Terms of Service and/or any applicable law, while we investigate the suspected issue. If we suspend access, you may request a review by contacting us at support@intima.cloud. We may reinstate or permanently remove the content at our sole discretion, without needing your consent and without prior notice. You agree to assist us reasonably in such investigations.

c. If we suspend or delete any of your Content, we will notify you via email or message to your Intima Model account, but we are not obligated to provide prior notice.

d. We reserve the right to terminate your agreement and access to Intima Model sites for any reason with 30 days' notice, or immediately and without notice if you breach the Terms of Service or damage our reputation.

e. Upon account termination, we may delete your content per our Privacy Policy. You will not be entitled to access your content after termination.

f. We may investigate any suspected or actual misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity related to the Intima Model platform and cooperate with authorities as needed.

g. We may disclose information about your account or content usage to law enforcement as required by law or to protect our rights.

h. We may change third-party payment providers at any time, with notice and updated details stored in your account.

i. Except for user-generated Content owned by creators, all rights to Intima Model platform code, databases, features, and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

j. We retain exclusive rights to anonymized data relating to your use of the Intima Model platform. We may use such data for commercial, research, or development purposes.
